Abstract
The Prophet, is a book of poetic essays that Kahlil Gibran (Jan 1883- April 1931) began while still a youth in Lebanon. It is one of the most cherished books of our time and has sold millions of copies in more than twenty languages. The Garden of the prophet is the follow up to The Prophet.
