Abstract
Synopsis: The buried centres around the story of a young astronomer, ROSE, who aspires for a career closer to her heart in writing. After an argument with her long-term partner, ADAM, about where her future lies ends poorly; a mysterious cosmic event from a passing comet will force ROSE to make decisions to either fight for what she wants or succumb to her partner and her own self-doubt.
The buried is a story that deals with a fear that many of us have: the fear of change. The buried is a reflection on the idea that sometimes to become something better, we must bury what we have, what we know and who we are, to become something better.
