Abstract
This project is a photobook that consists of images and illustrations looking at the way we play background characters in each others lives. There are photos and short one sentence interviews with strangers who attended Bluesfest, illustrations of regular customers I’ve met through working in customer service and people seen on transit going about their day. The purpose for these subjects was to look at the brief moments we might pass someone else, on a train to work, in a cafe, who play important roles in our lives as background characters and how they have their own tangle of characters and complexities as much as us. It is a multimedia book with scanned hand-drawn images and digitally created components. - Creator.
