Abstract
There is an urban myth in Brisbane, ‘Jack the Ripper’ is buried at Toowong cemetery. The ‘Jack the Ripper’ murders have never been solved and hundreds of suspects from various pieces of evidence and theories have been debated for decades. But what if out of all these different possibilities & scenarios, the Ripper is right here in Brisbane? An expository documentary would explore the evidence available and hear from local Brisbane interviewees who have explored the possibility and have come to a conclusion. This story in this mode would include interviews, narration, potential found footage and images. We will pay homage to the traditional mode of documentary genre that is expository.
