Abstract

The music-video collaboration with Daniel Toscano's trap song “tengo tigres y soy escandaloso” called “Light Lines” represents the beauty, power and mysteriousness of light. Inspired by the beautiful light reflections in the sky, sea and land of Byron Bay and it's incredible nature, Daniel Toscano and I both recorded and worked with animals found around this area of Australia. The Kinect-animation stands for the mysteriousness as it is created with infrared light, a light our eye can't see, yet is there. We do not usually realise that what we see is just light bouncing of a subject and what creative power it unleashes in our world. It is a visual trip through the colourful nature of Byron Bay guided by the trap-beats produced by Daniel Toscano tributed to the physical form of light. - Creator.
