Abstract
“Love Bakudan” is a 3 Track EP from local Melbourne band Love Bakudan, a primarily live band, featuring an eclectic mix of styles influenced by alternative rock, punk rock, and post rock and bands such as The Pillows, Oasis, Shinsei Kamattechan and The Pixies. This will be their first release and the goal of the project is to capture a recording to release that will sounds almost the exact same as hearing a live performance, which will be released to be used as a promotional tool and be sold at stores and live performances. Although as a band we don’t feel that being listed under any particular genre really covers what we’re trying to do, at the end of the day we just want to make rocking tunes that sound cool .
