Abstract
‘Guardians of Eternal Youth' is a 10 track, multi genre album. Written, recorded, mixed and mastered by Daniel Carr and Darcy Howard under the moniker, Vertigo Seek, the album also features several tracks featuring additional artists as guest performers including both local and international musicians.
Taking influence from a range of soundscapes, Vertigo Seek explore an array of genres, including rock, pop, hip hop, dance and electronica. The albums underlying storyline follows the rise and fall of an evil army of robots in modern day society. The album concludes with humanities triumph over the robots and peace being restored on planet Earth.
Delivering a diverse, yet cohesive collection of songs, Vertigo Seek strive to build a portfolio that displays their versatility as Audio Engineers. As well as releasing the album on multiple online streaming services, Vertigo Seek performed the album in its entirety, live at The Gasometer Hotel on the 3rd December 2017.
