Abstract

Silence of Sound aims to explore the transformative potential of sound through a podcast series designed to educate listeners and promote emotional well-being and personal growth. The podcast integrates creative and critical components to address a single driving question: How can the therapeutic properties of sound be harnessed and integrated into wellness frameworks to promote holistic healing and improve the lives of individuals across diverse populations?

Drawing on principles of sonic ecology and neurophysiology, the podcast will investigate the dynamic relationship between sound, mind and environment, examining how auditory experiences can influence cognitive and emotional states. Through a series of immersive soundscapes and educated insights, the podcast will provide listeners with practical tools and techniques to cultivate resilience amidst the stresses of modern life.
