Abstract

The Human Emotion is a concept EP thematically based on the aspects of romance as it relates to love and how it can be explored through music. This EP consists of five tracks that span across contrasting genres ranging from classical, alternative pop, acoustic ballads, grunge and indie folk. This project was created based on the question, “What is love?”. An incredibly broad question that will have many different answers, is what steered the idea. Each track’s purpose is to tie in a storyline to the themes and concepts of love and romance in the cycles of relationships.
