In modern society, there has been an increase in issues of stress and a loss of guidance in young adults, who are struggling to find their own identity and path. These challenges are inevitable in life and can be seen as a common human experience, which can be linked to the classic framework of a Hero’s Journey, first explored by Joseph Campbell.
