Abstract
inertia is a 9 track alternative pop album that traverses the cyclical nature of mental health. That the happy, anxiety, depression, numbness, feeling fine all combine and flows through waves. Through personal and poetic storytelling, the album is made so people can connect, raise awareness on mental health, and combat the superficiality of conversation in Australia.
