Abstract
The Flock is a community-driven initiative designed to combat isolation among creatives by fostering connections and promoting collaboration. Founded by Malcolm and Kiahna, the project emerged from a podcast aimed at sharing stories and advice within the creative realm. It has since evolved into a comprehensive network that provides digital resources, in-person events, and merchandise, all centred around the core values of creativity, connection, and support. The Flock serves individuals aged 18-45 who are passionate about personal growth and creative pursuits, including artists, writers, designers, and musicians. By offering a warm and approachable atmosphere, The Flock encourages members to share experiences, seek guidance, and engage in meaningful discussions that inspire creativity and a sense of belonging. The initiative emphasizes the importance of community involvement in enhancing individual investment and connection, ultimately equipping its members with the tools necessary to navigate their creative careers and realise their potential.
