Abstract
Kitty’s Kitchen is a fun, informative phone game designed to assist mothers and their families to get nutritionally balanced meals on the plate at home more regularly. This is in response to the continual growth of nutritional inequality across Australia and in particular, our mothers and in turn, children. This most aligns with the UN’s second sustainable development goal; Zero Hunger.
Kitty’s Kitchen, first and foremost, strives to be a personalized search engine for real world meals to reduce the stress and cognitive load on our mothers who are feeding the vast majority of the Australian population. Through a cute approachable art style and fun simple game mechanics, Kitty’s Kitchen will digitally take the user through the entire process of getting food on the table for the family, encouraging, informing, and hopefully succeeding in getting more nutritionally balanced meals to those in need.
